Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) came into the modern limelight with the first UFC in 1993. While the fights were initially style vs. style encounters, by the end of the decade competitors had turned into well-balanced martial artists with a plethora of ways to finish a fight.
ICSA's Mixed Martial Arts classes are designed to integrate and synthesize a student's martial arts knowledge into a cohesive, full-range fighting system.
Students will be asked to use their striking and grappling skills from kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and wrestling.Our MMA Conditioning class incorporates movements from kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling and functional fitness into a fast-paced, and tiring class.
